Artisanatelierar accepts returns of clocks within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized clocks may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of Artisanatelierar. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned clock, Artisanatelierar will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective clock from Artisanatelierar, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
